Returns, Cores & Exchanges

NO CASH REFUNDS

The following parts will not be sold individually:

• Transmission internal parts, including but not limited to, solenoid packs, shafts, clutches, gears or synchronizers.
• Internal motor parts including but not limited to, Rods, pistons, crankshaft, rings, valves, camshaft or cam holders, springs or gears.
• Internal axel assembly parts including but not limited to ring, pinion, carrier or spider gears.

If these items are pulled, failure to ask or be thorough about your interchange availability prior to removal will result in being charged for the assembly price. Furthermore, customers refusing to pay assembly price may lose their privileges at Buddys.

The following parts are sold as is, with no return:

• Interior or exterior body parts, including lights and lamps.
• Chrysler/Dodge Engines 2.7, 3.7, 4.7, 5.7 (due to overwhelming failure rate)
• Unmarked “budget tires” sold outside of the showroom.
• Tires sold by the inch.
• Instrument Clusters.
• Parts that are bought “off interchange”.
• Parts that are bought to “make work” including but not limited to modified engines, transmissions, drivetrain or suspension; for vehicles such as street rods, rat rods, customs, off road vehicles, rock crawlers, or modified diesels.
• Wiring harnesses

Core Returns

No core returns, store credit or exchanges will be given without a receipt. All fluids must be drained from cores.

Core charges to credit cards must be refunded to the same credit card used to purchase. If credit card is not present at time of core return, store credit will be issued.
